2022 Transcendence Pinot Noir

The strongest vintage in our history – by far.

From a single block of our Simes Vineyard, this wine showcases the fruit concentration and intensity we have come to see vintage after vintage from Simes. Isolated, close planted vines, produce our deepest, darkest pinot noir. Prolonged ripening from this cool parcel yield a wine with great structure.

Single Block Origin

Sourced exclusively from a single block within the Simes Vineyard, ensuring a unique and consistent expression.

Dense Planting

This block is super densely planted, causing competition between vines for resources, resulting in high fruit concentration and intensity.

Extended Ripening

The northern exposure of Simes Vineyard slows ripening, enabling a long hang time that leads to a late harvest.

Strong Vintage

A cool, fine Spring flowed into a temperate Summer. The fall weather was simply magical - long and drawn out. Perfect ripening conditions lead to a late harvest.
